Service Description

This is the perfect class for the end of the day. We'll move at a slow and steady pace and you'll be given options to work harder if you wish, or keep things gentle. It's your choice. The class is suitable for all, however please do let me know in advance if you are recovering from injury, are pregnant or have recently had a baby, or if you have a spinal or bone condition, or any health condition that may affect your ability to exercise.
