A mixed ability class suitable for all levels. Please bring hand weights and bands if you usually work with these (eg. if you usually attend Bones, Balance & Mobility classes).

Cancellation Policy

No refunds or credits for classes once booked and paid for. You may swap to another class provided a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Class swaps are only possible if there is space available.
